Broken chains are not the responsibility of Honeybourne Jewellery. If they are faulty on arrival and returned within 3 months of purchase they will be replaced like for like, free of charge, upon receipt of the faulty chain. HONEYBOURNE JEWELLERY PROPOSAL RING AGREEMENT

We’re passionate about our clients being 100% happy with their Honeybourne Jewellery engagement ring and so we offer a unique service. After hearing your ideas, we can advise a ring of similar design to purchase from our shop to propose with for the surprise. We’re super happy for the ring to be used for any social media announcements (don’t forget to tag us!) but we must insist that the ring isn’t worn. If we deem the ring to be worn (and believe me we’ll know) we can no longer offer an exchange on that ring. When said ring is returned to us unworn, we can use this for the deposit on the ‘real McCoy’ with any tweaks, changes or designs that the bride to be may want to make (she’ll love to be involved to get it just right). We look forward to hearing your ideas.

SIZING
Please make sure to provide us with the correct ring size when placing your order. If you do not know your desired ring or bangle size, please refer to our SIZE GUIDE located in the footer of the website.

REPAIRS & RECONDITIONING
The essence and beauty of our jewellery is in it’s organic feel. Victorious enamels are kiln fired and do contain slight inclusions that are part of the over all look. However, if you feel your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us for a full inspection.

Our jewellery is designed , made and finished in house and should be worn with care. Broken chains are not the responsibility of Honeybourne Jewellery, if they are faulty on arrival and reported within 14 days they will be replaced like for like, free of charge upon receipt of the broken chain.

Our ‘Woodland Charm’ pieces are gold plated. This is done to industry standard, but as it’s a surface covering and may wear over time depending on how often the piece is worn and the level of care it receives. We do offer a re-plating service on these items at a cost of in the region of £40 dependent on size of surface area requiring re-plating. Please contact us with details of your jewellery and we can provide you with accurate costing details. Our Oxidised range may also wear over time as the solution used is a surface covering. We can re-oxidise at a cost of £25 per piece.

Our enamel doorplates are made for internal doors, please clean using a soft cloth.  Our brass doorplates are made for internal and external doors. Brass will develop a natural patina over time and if the doorplates are used externally, will happen more quickly.

Please read our JEWELLERY CARE section for more information about looking after your jewellery.

ONE OF A KIND
Our enamel shades are photographed and replicated on screen to the best of our ability, however, variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device may cause variations in image and colour of items shown digitally, for which we cannot accept responsibility. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or you feel it is not in keeping with your request we would be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our ‘Sales and Returns’ policy for purchases exempt of exchange or refund.  For any other pieces (excluding Bespoke) a credit note or exchange will be offered.
