Although our shop is temporarily closed, we are officially back on our benches & ready to make 🔨 We are still able to do the following..
- Take & make bespoke orders via email (best) or via shop phone 01983 854618
- Make & post Eshop orders
- Offer socially distanced click & collect (ask for details).

From the 2nd December we will be reopening our Honeybourne Jewellery doors! From then we will be open our normal hours of Mon-Sat 10am-5pm.
As this is an unusual time for us due to covid, we are asking for all bespoke orders to be paid for prior to collection, so they can be collected from our side door keeping our shop free for browsers. We hope you’ll understand.

In light of the new lock down regulations, we sadly have to close our Ventnor shop from Thursday 5th November, but our workshops ARE STILL OPEN! We will still be here, making away for you guys within our normal working hours of Monday- Saturday 10am-5pm and contactable via our email email@example.com and also our shop phone, 01983 854618.
For anyone that has made a Bespoke order, do not fret, these are all going ahead as normal. For anyone wanting to make a bespoke order for Christmas, our books are still open but are almost full, so get these in fast!

Here you will find our Signature Collections, Classic pieces and Limited edition pieces.
HOW TO COLLECT:
If you are local, you might want to choose ‘COLLECT FROM STORE’ option at the delivery part of your checkout. Once you have been notified that your piece is ready, you will be able to collect your order all socially distanced from our side door (there will be signs) during our working hours of Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm.
HOW TO POST:
During lockdown we will be offering FREE POST for all website orders £30 or over.
HOW TO ORDER:
You can still contact us via our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or shop number (01983 854618) to place bespoke orders. If needed in time for Christmas please get in quick as our books are filling up fast! We are also offering virtual appointments via WhatsApp video, on Mondays and Saturdays, more details below.
HOW TO PAY:
During lockdown, we can no longer accept cash. If possible, please pay for your order over our shop phone where we will take your card payments (bank transfers and Paypal options are also available, ask us for details). We ask that you do this prior to collecting your item.
HOW TO COLLECT:
Once you have been notified that your order is ready, you can collect your piece, socially distanced from our side door (there will be signs) during our working hours of Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm.
HOW TO POST:
If you are unable to collect your item for any reason and need it urgently, we can post your order for £4 or £8, depending on the value of the piece, again, please ask for details.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS BY PHONE OR VIDEO CALL:
Please contact us at email@example.com, or call our shop phone 01983 854618 if you would like to take advantage of this service. We will get back to you within our working hours with a time and date for your appointment, from there you will receive an email detailing thinking points for your appointment. As we only have a limited window we want to get it right for you 🙂 Your appointment will entail being shown all the items in our Ventnor shop that we think will suit your brief.
